Update - Our MPC technology provider has implemented a fix and we have seen delayed withdrawals processing as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation and will post a final update once all the impacted transactions have been confirmed on-chain.

Scheduled - Zero Hash will undergo maintenance on Sunday, April 21st at 11pm UTC to upgrade our caching infrastructure in our PROD environment. The duration of this upgrade will be ~45 minutes.

This will impact all domains in the PROD environment and you may experience intermittent errors on our API during this time. These errors can be safely retried.

Following maintenance, it is expected that all services will return to full functionality.

Resolved - We have seen our /convert_withdraw, /withdrawals/estimate_network_fee, and /withdrawals/locked_network_fee endpoints return to normal and transactions are now processing as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

During this time, delayed withdrawals will be queued to be sent on-chain automatically following issue resolution.
