Investigating - We are experiencing an internet outage at NY4. VPN connections to the Seed Digital Commodities Market that terminate at NY4 will be affected. Cross-connects and VPNs that terminate in CH2 will not be affected.

If you are disconnected from the Seed Digital Commodities Market, cancel-on-disconnect will cancel all open orders.

Note: this only affects participants trading on Seed Digital Commodities Market via a VPN connection established with NY4. There will be no impact to other connection types to the exchange, or any participants connected to and using Zero Hash.

Scheduled - Work will occur in CH2 starting tonight at 12:01 AM CDT on 3/18/2020 and running to 04:00 AM CDT by our Internet carrier.

An upgrade to the Route Switch Processors on a core router will occur. This will provide additional capacity and greater performance due to high demands being placed on infrastructure during WFH/quarantine.

We expect an interruption of VPN tunnels for participants that terminate in CH2 lasting for 60 minutes some time during the window indicated above. Please note that all pending orders will be cancelled within 60 seconds of loss of connectivity, and we will verify that you are back in the market as soon as the maintenance completes.
